Hello! I'm Aniket Bhardwaj, and my students know me as Fido Sir. My journey began in the classroom as a Quant & Reasoning Faculty at Career Launcher, where I discovered my passion for helping students master complex subjects. This passion grew as I took on leadership roles, eventually becoming the Product Head for the Online Program at Bulls Eye and later co-founding AP Education, where I led a team of over 30 to scale our digital learning programs. During this time, I transitioned from traditional teaching to designing high-retention online courses, using student feedback and YouTube analytics to create impactful learning experiences.​ My expertise now extends far beyond edtech, focusing on solving core business challenges across different industries. I specialize in identifying customer pain points through in-depth user research with diverse stakeholders. I then translated these insights into new solutions, such as the Utsah App and my personal Fido Health Tracker web app [a meal logging app] along with revamping the full Sri Sri Wellbeing website. A significant part of my role involved planning and launching online health-focused webinars and leading initiatives in effective marketing and funnel optimization to drive growth. I am passionate about spotting gaps in the market and building solutions to fill them; recently, I developed a quiz web app for PSM (Professional Scrum Master) practice when I noticed a lack of FREE quality preparation content available online.
